当社は、有料職業紹介を主力事業とする企業として、個人情報を大切に保護することを当社の重要な社会的使命と認識し、役員はじめ全従業者が当社の全ての事業で取扱う個人情報および当社従業者などの個人情報に関して、個人情報保護に関する法規範を遵守するため、常に社会的要請の変化に着目しつつ、個人情報保護体制の継続的改善に全社を挙げて取り組むことを宣言いたします。
1.個人情報保護の重要性を強く認識し、有料職業紹介業務など、当社の事業活動を遂行するために必要な範囲内で利用目的を明確に定め、適切に個人情報の取得、利用および提供を行います。取得した個人情報は利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用し、目的外利用を行わないための措置を講じます。
2.前項の措置により取得した当社の事後活動で取扱う個人情報および当社従業者などから取得した個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合、および個人情報を第三者に提供する場合には、十分な個人情報の保護水準を満たした事業者を選定し、契約などにより適切な措置を講じます。
3.安心して個人情報をご提供いただけるように、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損などの危険に対して、合理的な安全対策および予防・是正措置を講じます。
4.大切な個人情報をお預かりする企業として、個人情報保護の取扱いに関する法令、個人情報保護法に基づいて各所管官庁が作成したガイドライン・指針、その他の規範を遵守します。
5.個人情報を適切に利用し、またその保護を徹底するために個人情報保護体制の継続的な見直しおよび改善を行います。
6.当社の個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情および相談などがあった場合には、下記の個人情報に関する苦情および相談窓口にて、迅速かつ適切な対応をいたします。
1.(取得および利用目的)株式会社フロンティアファースト(以下「当社」といいます)は、当社への登録を希望する皆様(以下「求職者」といいます)の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなどの個人を識別できる情報(以下「個人情報」といいます)や学歴、希望職種など採用活動に関する情報を以下の目的で取得および利用します。

・採用選考を実施するため
・採用選考に関する説明会の案内および申込受付のため
・採用選考の応募の受付のため
・選考結果を求職者に通知(含む内定通知)するため
・募集内容の案内のため
・採用に関する各種行事の案内のため
2.(預託・提供)
当社は、法令で定める場合を除き、個人を特定できる情報(氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど)を取得目的の範囲を超えて当該個人の同意無しに第三者への提供や預託はいたしません。
3.(情報の開示・訂正・削除)
当社は、個人情報の開示、訂正、追加または削除、利用目的の通知、利用または提供の拒否についての依頼を受けた場合は、当社の手続に従って速やかに対応します。
4.(安全管理)
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセスまたは個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん、漏えいなどの危険に対して、技術面および組織面において必要な安全対策を継続的に講じるよう努めます。
5.(登録情報の管理並びに破棄)
当社への登録削除を希望される場合、お預かりした登録情報その他入力いただいた情報およびデータは、当社で責任を持って管理並びに破棄いたします。
6.(個人情報提供の任意性)
求職者の個人情報の当社への提供は、求職者の同意に基づく任意ですが、当社が必要としている情報が提供されない場合、会員資格を辞退されたものとみなす場合もありうることをご承知ください。
7.(個人情報保護管理者および問合せ先)
当社における個人情報管理に関する問合せや開示、訂正または削除の依頼は、下記までご連絡ください。

This firm recognizes that it is our important social mission to protect personal information with great care as a company whose core business is paid employment placement. We declare that we shall work company-wide on the continuous improvement of our personal information protection system while continually paying attention to changes in social needs in order to comply with legal norms for personal information protection with respect to the personal information handled by all our workers (including company executives) in all areas of our business and the personal information of our workers and others.
1. This firm strongly recognizes the importance of personal information protection. We shall clearly define the purpose of use of personal information within the range necessary for carrying out our business activities (e.g. paid employment placement). We shall then appropriately acquire, use and provide personal information. We shall use the personal information we have acquired only within the range of the purpose of use and shall take measures so that personal information is not used for any other purpose.
2. In the event we outsource some or all of the handling of the personal information handled in the post-activities of this firm that has been acquired by the measures outlined in the preceding paragraph and the personal information acquired from our workers or in the event we provide personal information to a third party, we shall select operators that meet a sufficient level of personal information protection and shall take appropriate measures (e.g. contracts).
3. We shall take reasonable security countermeasures and preventive/corrective measures against the risk of the leakage, loss or destruction of personal information so that it is possible to provide personal information with peace of mind.
4. We shall comply with guidelines and other regulations created by competent authorities based on the laws and regulations relating to the handling of personal information as well as the Personal Information Protection Act, as a company that is entrusted with important personal information.
5. We shall continually review and improve our personal information protection system in order to use personal information appropriately and to ensure the protection of personal information.
6. In the event we receive a complaint or inquiry about the handling of the personal information in this firm, we shall promptly and appropriately respond to such with the following Personal Information Complaint and Inquiries Desk.

Frontier First Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “this Firm”) shall acquire and use information that can be used to identify individuals, such as the names, addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) of those who wish to register with “this Firm” (hereinafter referred to as “Jobseekers”), and information relating to recruitment activities, such as academic background and desired occupation, for the following purposes.
To carry out the employment screening of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
To provide information on and accept applications for information sessions relating to the employment screening of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
To accept applications for the employment screening of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
To provide notifications (including job offer notifications) to Jobseekers about the screening results of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
To provide information on the recruitment content of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
To provide information about various events relating to the employment of member companies who have registered with “this Firm”
2. Deposition and Provision

3. Disclosure, Correction and Deletion of Information
In the event this Firm receives a request for a disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of Personal Information, a notification of the purpose of use of Personal Information, or a rejection of the use or provision of Personal Information, this Firm shall promptly respond to such in accordance with the procedures of this Firm.
4. Safety Management
This Firm shall strive to continuously take the safety countermeasures necessary in technical and organizational terms against the risk of unauthorized access to Personal Information or the risk of the loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of Personal Information.
5. Management and Disposal of Registered Information
In the event Jobseekers to delete the registration from “this Firm”, the registered information entrusted to this Firm and other information/data input by the Jobseekers shall be managed and disposed of at the responsibility of this Firm.
6. Optionality of Personal Information Provision
The provision of the Personal Information of Jobseekers to this Firm is optional based on the consent of the Jobseekers. However, in the event the information required by this Firm is not provided, it may be deemed that Jobseekers in question have declined membership to “this Firm”.
7. Personal Information Protection Administrator and Contact Information
Inquiries relating to the Personal Information management in this Firm and requests for the disclosure, correction or deletion of Personal Information should be made to the following Personal Information Complaint and Inquiries Desk.
